Benny’s to sell real estate to R.I. development company

DENNIS PORT — Benny’s has agreed to sell all of its real estate, including the now-closed store on Route 28, to the Carpionato Group, a Rhode Island real estate development company, according to a statement from the retailer.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed. The parties anticipate closing the deal during the first quarter of 2018.
